About the Job
The Manufacturing Efficiency Manager will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and efficiency across our manufacturing operations.
This role requires a strong understanding of lean and six sigma methodologies and the ability to develop and implement process improvements to drive cost savings, improve quality, and increase productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate breakthrough Kaizen events to drive process improvements.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year Cost to Win (CTW) portfolio to drive strategic business growth.
- Collaborate with Component Teams and Project Teams to eliminate losses and optimize site performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Develop and lead training programs to educate employees on BD Excellence principles and methods.
