We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative tasks including clerical duties, answering phones, correspondence, and document management.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking, invoicing, and budget management as needed.
- Foster clear communication within the team and with external stakeholders to promote collaboration. Provide weekly and monthly reports for management and stakeholders.
- Maintain an organized office environment by managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Experience
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with staff and clients.
- Experience with Industrial sales is a plus, including creating part numbers, ordering from vendors and invoicing customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Multi-language a plus including German.
