Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager of Logistics and Trade to oversee and optimize our supply chain technology operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, logistics, trade compliance, and team leadership. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods, both domestically and internationally, through the use of advanced technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement IT strategies to optimize the supply chain and reduce costs.

Manage and coordinate the integration of transportation, warehousing, and distribution systems.

Ensure compliance with all trade regulations and customs requirements through technology solutions.

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of logistics software and tools.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

Lead and mentor a team of IT and logistics professionals.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management within logistics and trade.

Strong knowledge of trade regulations and compliance.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Proficient in logistics software and tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
