About The Role
BDA is on a path to $1B growth, and our ecommerce platform, SwagUp.com, is an essential part of this expansion. We’re scaling it significantly in the coming years, and we need a Product Manager, Ecommerce to help lead the charge in optimizing and evolving our platform.
In this role, you will own key aspects of the ecommerce experience—including the marketing site, shopping flow, onboarding, user engagement, and membership/loyalty programs. You'll work closely with our Director of Product Management, the SwagUp CEO, and BDA’s Chief Digital Officer to drive innovation and execution.

What You’ll Do
- Strategic Leadership
- Oversee the creation and execution of the Ecommerce roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and overall business impact, effectively communicating insights to gain buy-in.
- Make tough tradeoff decisions while staying focused on delivering value quickly.
- Build an Analytical Foundation
- Map the customer journey and overlay detailed data to architect improvements and communicate impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering counterparts to build a world-class ecommerce experience.
- Partner with technology, marketing, sales, operations, and other teams to develop and implement digital solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of digital products with existing systems and business processes.
- Product Development and Lifecycle Management
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement, including reporting/analytics.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on business value, customer insights, and market trends.
- Bring Intensity and Curiosity Each Day
- Research and talk to customers/industries to develop empathy, share the voice of the customer, and build customer-centric solutions.
- Approach work with humility, focusing on team success over personal recognition.
- Experiment and adopt new technologies to enhance effectiveness.

- Vendor Management
- Manage and research new vendor relationships to support product development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset

- Experience working in ecommerce environments.
- Ability to stay organized amid chaos and competing priorities.
- A track record of driving product innovation and deliveries that make a meaningful impact, measured by growth and utilization.
- Competitive drive with a history of winning in challenging environments
- A deep curiosity for business, startups, and technology.
- Appreciation for the behind-the-scenes work that leads to success.
