Job Definition:

• Answer emails and telephone calls from sales staff and assist them in their needs, such as identifying and interchanging product.

• Interact with multiple suppliers to find the best price or delivery on fluid power products

• Accurately quote fluid power products.

• Identify and document cost savings through interchanges.

• Work with automation shops to generate purchase orders.

• May perform occasional duties in the warehouse, such as shipping and receiving.

• Responsible for other duties as they are assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of fluid power (hydraulics and pneumatic systems: pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, hose, fittings, filters, sensors, lubricants, etc) products.
• Strong Microsoft Outlook and general computer skills.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

• 1 years in a sales support environment.
