Job Summary
To support our double-digit growth goals, BDO Digital seeks a Dayforce Senior Manager who will be part of an Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) team supporting projects in the areas of EBA strategy and implementation, in addition to Business Transformation and Operational Excellence efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts discovery, requirements gathering, process documentation, configuration, and implementation management of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), HCM (Human Capital Management) and other related business applications functioning as a key resource for our clients spanning finance, product distribution, manufacturing, job costing, field service, sales, marketing, service, and reporting.
- Works in partnership with BDO industry leaders, our Dayforce Practice Leader, and our National Technology Leader, assisting in building a market plan to grow BDO's presence in the HCM market and scale our opportunity pipeline.
- Built the capabilities of the delivery team through attracting additional experienced Dayforce practitioners to BDO and developing talent new to the Dayforce ecosystem.
- Supports strategic sales pursuits, leveraging the core team to prepare and deliver proposals, sales support material, demos & POCs, etc.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Education: Bachelor's degree AND ten (10) or more years of industry experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, required; OR High School Diploma/GED AND twelve (12) or more years of industry experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, required.
- Experience: Ten (10) or more years overseeing a practice or team responsible for cloud technology implementations, required. Five (5) or more years overseeing HCM project delivery, required. Experience overseeing teams responsible for HCM implementations, preferred.
- License(s)/Certification(s): One or more current business applications technology certifications, preferred.
Salary Range:
$165,000 - $195,000
