Job Summary:
The Account Manager plays a vital role within the organization and successfully supports various North American Clients. This role will manage day-to-day account activities and work with internal partners to meet client expectations and satisfaction. These duties include providing Supply Chain visibility and analytical solutions specific to each client's needs and coordinating the implementation of supply chain-related projects. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, extensive Supply Chain and Logistics knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Business Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Understand client supply chains and decision-making processes to tailor solutions.
- Identify business growth opportunities, drive strategic partnerships, and communicate value effectively.
Operations & Project Management
- Manage client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing operational alignment.
- Maintain carrier relationships, deliver RFP analysis, and address supply chain challenges.
- Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution and SOP optimization.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Establish and track KPIs, providing data-driven insights for client improvements.
- Develop scorecards to highlight key performance metrics, including carrier performance.
Client Success & Communication
- Enhance logistics services, resolve client concerns, and implement proactive solutions.
- Lead client reviews, updates, and cross-functional collaboration for seamless service delivery.
