Job Title: Cloud Solutions Specialist
Work Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, overtime when necessary
Location: Hybrid
Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 an hour, depending on experience
Benefits: 401k with employer 3% matching; Medical insurance provided with minimal employee contribution (with HRA), Supplemental insurances, EAP, employer-provided life insurance/AD&D, 3.08 hours of accrual of PTO biweekly, 6 paid holidays off
Primary Job Function: Assist in developing and maintaining SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, and associated technologies to support and extend BDR operations, products, and solutions. Responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers, laptops, and other hardware and software systems used by BDR team members.

Daily Duties
- Collaborate on Dynamics 365 CE development
- MS Flow / Power Automate development and troubleshooting of pre-existing customizations
- B2B guest account management and Microsoft SSO functionality
- SharePoint Online development and administration for both internal and external users
- WordPress-based integrations with an emphasis on Gravity Forms with JavaScript augmentation
- Compassionate customer service featuring active listening
- Outcome-focused project design, management, and control
- Ability to proactively guide conversations with non-technical staff and management to offer solutions to reported issues or requested improvements
- Self-managed research and troubleshooting
- Workload self-management and prioritization
- Security and change control mindset
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Solid troubleshooting skills to solve problems and a sense of urgency
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends on occasion
- Other duties as assigned
