YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

As the Lead Welcome Desk Representative, you are responsible for overseeing all front desk operations during your assigned shifts and in the absence of management. Your duties include coordinating and executing special administrative projects, serving as the lead representative during evenings and weekends, managing computers, systems, and office equipment, and processing payments including cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
- Ensure all guests are treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all standards are being applied.
- Keep employees engaged in current challenges to meet the end goal.
- Make sure packages are put away in the designated spot.
- Help cover shifts as needed.
- Provide advice and suggestions to the Operations Manager as needed.
- Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
- Conduct inspections of the gym public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Assist with overseeing inventory and notifying management of any necessary ordering.
- Always maintain a neat and clean professional appearance.
- Ensure all customer satisfaction quality standards are complied with and that policies and procedures are consistently applied.
- Assume the role as the trainer on duty for new hires.
- Ensure all items on the daily shift checklist are completed. Delegate responsibilities to work colleagues as seen fit.
- Accommodate scheduling flexibility as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed when and as needed and labor cost objectives are met.

Requirements
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
Experience and/or Training: The ability to handle cash as well as confidential information. Minimum of one year hospitality experience required.
Technology/Equipment Computer skills including Microsoft Office
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
- U.S. Work Authorization (required).
