We are assisting in the identification and hiring of a Head of Sales to build and lead their team.

They offer end-to-end offerings, advice, engineering, and management, ensuring their clients proactively drive toward success in the digital landscape.

Our client is in Malvern, PA.  This is a hybrid role.

Role:
As the top sales leadership role, the Head of Sales will actively lead and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, coach the sales team, and manage the sales process to achieve company goals, while also directly participating in key sales activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the overall sales strategy
  • Set and monitor sales targets and quotas
  • Identify and analyze market opportunities and trends
  • Engage in sales activities, including leads, prospecting, presentations, and closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Manage the sales pipeline ensuring conversion of leads
  • Support negotiations and closes, securing profitable engagements
  • Identify and resolve customer issues
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales personnel
  • Report on sales activity and performance
  • Collaborate with the company to align sales efforts with business objectives
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Strong background in selling IT Consulting Services and Products
  • Strategic thinker, skilled communicator, and an effective leader
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
  • Proven experience expanding the client base, adding new client logos
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
