WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
This is a full-time position with a guaranteed 40-hour workweek and year-round employment. While on-call availability may be required occasionally (but infrequently), you'll enjoy the stability of consistent hours and the chance to grow with our team!
As our Landscaping Laborer - Landscaper, your role will be crucial in transforming landscapes and maintaining outdoor environments. You'll be responsible for various tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, planting, and assisting with landscape construction projects such as building retaining walls and laying pathways. We're looking for a Landscaping Laborer - Landscaper who can meet the following qualifications:
- Experience in landscaping, excavation, and/or lawn maintenance
- Experience in a labor role
- Ability to work well as a team and follow directions while being safety-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to occasionally be on-call
- Physical ability to lift 75 lbs.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to take constructive criticism and correction
- Highly self-motivated, dependable, hardworking, and professional
- Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation
