We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to fill the role of Business Development and Training Lead.

This position offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement business development strategies, drive revenue growth, and enhance brand recognition. As a member of our team, you'll have the chance to work with innovative clients in telecommunications, clean energy, and filtration systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set business development targets, identify areas for growth, and optimize team performance.
  • Design and deliver training programs to improve the skills of entry-level representatives, focusing on sales techniques, customer engagement, and relationship-building.
  • Monitor and analyze business development performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage with consumers to educate them on products and services, delivering exceptional client experiences.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on business development, sales, or marketing.
  • A growth mindset with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
  • A self-starter mentality with the drive to achieve results and exceed expectations.
