Job Overview
As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance our clients’ brand presence, engagement, and growth across multiple platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with the creative and account teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns that align with each client’s unique goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Curation: Create engaging, on-brand content (graphics, videos, captions) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute social media strategies that align with client goals, target audiences, and industry trends.
- Community Management: Monitor, engage, and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to build strong online communities.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Plan, schedule, and manage organic and paid social media campaigns to achieve KPIs.
- Trend Spotting: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep strategies innovative and competitive.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and account managers to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of social media tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
- Creative content development skills, including design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics or other reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO and its relationship to social media performance.
- Basic understanding of email marketing and CRM platforms.
Job Types: Part-time, Internship
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
