Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in General, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical or Process Engineering
- Strong knowledge and demonstrable application of manufacturing (control, methods, automation) processes
- Technical writing of manufacturing documents (PFMEA, Process Flow, Control Plan, Work Instructions, and Checklists)
- Strong knowledge of small engine components (mechanical and electrical)
- Software experience (e.g. SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Design, document, and implement new manufacturing processes for existing products
- Collaborate to improve our existing manufacturing capability, yields, and capacity
- Review assembly drawings and test specifications, and markup feedback to design team
- Design improvements for existing and new products (from conception through production), manufacturing lines (including automation)
- Solve problems in all areas of manufacturing (mechanical, assembly, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrics, paint and test processes) while supporting product development
- Produce and update documentation (Process Flows, Work Instructions, etc.)
- Collaborate with production leaders to develop team skills to support manufacturing as designed

Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
