What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wedding/Event Server (Part-Time) position at BE'S Refreshments?
Are you dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and looking to make some extra money on the weekend? Due to our continuous growth, Stonewood is seeking part-time, event-based Servers to join our team! Our Servers are responsible for providing an impeccable dining experience for customers and their guests.
Schedule: Must be available to work at least one weekend per month, (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday), approximately 4:00-10:00pm.
Pay: $18.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Always provide exceptional and the highest quality service to all guests
- Display a professional attitude and appearance at all times
- Setup for events including setting silverware, place settings, folding napkins etc.
- Ensure final quality check on food and beverages prior to serving
- Serve food and beverages to guests at their tables and remove glasses, dishes, silverware, napkins, etc throughout the afternoon/evening
- Consistently check back on tables and monitor tables providing prompt satisfaction of requests including additional food items, water, napkins, etc.
- Assist in end-of-night duties including teardown
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven exceptional and customer-focused service experience is required
- Prior high-end/upscale serving experience highly preferred
- Must be able to work a minimum of one weekend shift per month, approximately 4pm-10pm
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to walk and stand the entirety of a 6-10 hour shift
- Must be able to bend, twist, squat, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds repetitively
