The ideal candidate will assist in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation while coordinating with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing multiple large-scale commercial plumbing projects simultaneously.
- Perform accurate take-offs of materials and labor hours to ensure project profitability.
- Analyze vendor proposals and make logical recommendations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, superintendents, and external project managers.
- Generate proposals for customers and assist in contract negotiations.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Work closely with teams to monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
