What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outreach Liason position at Be Well Clinical Studies?
Relationship Sales
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and group sessions with prospective referral sources to communicate services available through Be Well Memory and Infusion.
- Conduct informational meetings and educational sessions with targeted entities where prospective BWMI patients are.
- Seek and develop relationships with entities for lead generation for Be Well Clinical Studies.
- Seek and develop relationships with prospective partners who can provide clinical support to BWCS studies.
- Bring forward new business opportunities that are revealed through field interactions and facilitate response jointly agreed upon by internal stakeholders.
Community and Educational Programs
- Seek out, coordinate and facilitate attendance at community events and health fairs to connect BWMI providers with targeted sources.
- For all educational and community events, implement pre-event promotional activities, coordinate the day-of logistics and organize follow-up with attendees.
- Seek out ways to connect BWMI and BWCS with community leaders, opinion leaders and social groups, as appropriate.
Planning, Tracking and Measurement
- Work with the marketing team to develop a toolkit of collateral materials to augment the sales, educational and retention efforts.
- Prepare reports, summarizing sales and retention activities, identifying trends, opportunities and barriers to new business growth.
- Communicate trends in service, communications and operational barriers expressed by points of contact that affect ability to develop relationships and negatively impact ability to grow and retention clients.
- Serve as a resource to Be Well leaders for market and competitive intelligence to support operational and clinical business planning.
- Utilize a CRM system to document and track:
- Lead generation opportunities
- Each encounter with sales targets including feedback, open requests or needs
- Accurately forecast referral and relationship growth

- A minimum of a Bachelors degree with business, sales, or marketing emphasis.
- Experience in relationship sales; healthcare sales experience is a plus.
- A proven track record in sales, customer relations and/or business development, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- This position requires a highly motivated, productive and self-directed individual.
