💼 The Role

This is a full-time opportunity for licensed real estate agents ready to build a standout business within a supportive, boutique firm. You’ll have access to a brand that’s known and respected throughout the Long Beach & Southern CA markets—and the mentorship and marketing systems to help you grow. Based in Long Beach with hybrid flexibility, this role is ideal for agents who want independence and real collaboration.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential, luxury, and probate/trust-based transactions
• Prepare and present market analyses, listings, write offers, incl disclosures
• Deliver exceptional service with integrity, clarity, and consistency
• Attend inspections, client meetings, and marketing events as needed
• Maintain CRM and manage lead follow-up
• Stay current on local market trends, inventory, and pricing strategy
• Build strong relationships with clients, agents, and local professionals
• Participate in team meetings, campaigns, and business planning sessions

✅ Ideal Candidate

• Active California Real Estate License
• 3 years experience preferred (new agents welcome IF highly motivated)
• Self-starter with strong communication skills
• Familiarity geographically with Long Beach, OC, South Bay, or greater SoCal markets
• Comfortable using digital tools, CRM, and social media
• Interested in building a repeat & referral-based business
• Professional, coachable, and a team player
