Vehicle Detailer Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Vehicle Detailer. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and maintaining the appearance of our customers' vehicles, both inside and out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash, wax, and buff vehicles to restore and maintain their appearance
- Vacuum and clean interior surfaces, such as carpets, upholstery, and dashboard
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Detail and polish vehicle exteriors, including rims and tires
- Apply protective coatings and treatments to maintain vehicle finishes
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality standards before returning them to customers
- Follow proper safety procedures and guidelines while working with cleaning products and tools
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace and equipment
- Assist with other duties as needed in the shop or dealership
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in auto detailing or similar automotive industry roles preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques used in vehicle detailing
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
