Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and buffing the exterior surfaces.
- Detail the interior of vehicles by vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning upholstery and windows.
- Apply window tinting as needed, ensuring a professional finish.
- Drive vehicles to and from the detailing area while maintaining safety and care.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with detailing services.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial work or automotive detailing is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with car wash techniques, buffing equipment, and cleaning products is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
