As part of your daily responsibilities, you will conduct thorough inspections to ensure our properties not only meet but exceed our brand standards. During these inspections, you will systematically walk through each room and the property's exterior to identify, document, and perform any necessary light preventative maintenance tasks.
As our “boots are on the ground,” we’ll also rely on you to oversee the replenishment of cleaning products and amenities, as well as stage the property to ensure it is ready for the next set of guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you’ll focus on detailed inspections, maintenance reporting, and property readiness. Extra duties may be required not mentioned below
Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Conducting thorough inspections of properties after turnovers, during vacancy checks, and as part of routine maintenance.
· Ensuring cleaners meet company standards and coordinating additional cleaning if necessary.
· Performing light maintenance, such as replacing air filters, batteries, and light bulbs.
· Verifying all devices and appliances are in working order and coordinating with maintenance personnel for necessary repairs.
· Preparing properties for incoming guests by ensuring they are adequately stocked with the welcome kit, staged, and meet company standards.
· Overseeing HOA compliance, including parking passes, pool keys/passes and other necessary items.
· Reporting and following up on unfinished maintenance tasks with Property Managers and external vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Hands-on experience with cleaning, inspecting, or managing STR properties is preferred.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
· Must have a smart phone with enough data for in the field communication and task updates.
· Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays in the office during the season.
· Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Reach overhead and below the waist
· Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 30-40 pounds
· Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
· Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
