Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kiosk operations, ensuring daily goal met.
- Manage our team
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement effective payroll management practices to ensure accurate employee compensation.
- Utilize retail math skills for sales
- Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with upper management on strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications
