Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization in all properties.
- Conduct regular inspections of vacation homes and villas to maintain quality control.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest requests and special needs.
- Develop schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure efficient coverage across properties.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry.
