We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to sell our Hardrock HDDP Air Hammer Systems to potential customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. This is a field sales position that requires extensive travel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our Hardrock HDDP Air Hammer Systems, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting, cold-calling, and networking. Preferably candidates will have existing networks of HDDP customers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to customers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer service, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and product developments.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience in the HDDP industry would be helpful.
- 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the industrial equipment or heavy machinery industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively, often on short notice.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
