Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and organized individual with great leadership skills. They will have experience in supervising teams in quick service restaurants or high volume kitchens. This role is primarily responsible for the Food and Beverage Operations of our main operating kitchen, ensuring that all Beach Park F&B standards, company values, and daily goals are met.
Duties:
- Assisting the team with Cashier and Cook duties during high volume times.
- Training, developing, and coaching staff to enhance customer service workflows.
- Maintaining proper documentation and verifying food locations are prepared for the next day.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 years of Food and Beverage experience.
- 2 years in a supervisory role.
