Role Overview:

Our Beach Waterpark Food and Beverage Kitchen Manager will lead a team of professionals in providing exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. The successful candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in supervising teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all Beach Park F&B standards, company values, and daily goals are achieved.
• Developing and implementing procedures to maximize productivity and minimize labor costs.
• Verifying inventory control processes are accurate and efficient.

Requirements:

• Proficient knowledge of MS Office and basic accounting policies and procedures.
• Experience with TOAST restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
