Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to oversee our guest services team. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless experience for our guests from booking to departure, maintain high standards of communication, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of customer service representatives to provide top-notch service to guests.
- Monitor and respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement processes to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and ensure property readiness.
- Manage guest feedback, reviews, and surveys to enhance service quality.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of properties, amenities, and local attractions to better assist guests.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service or management role, preferably within the vacation rental or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor staff.
- Proficiency in CRM software, property management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field preferred.
