Beachfire Bar and Grille in Ogunquit is hiring experienced full and part-time servers for seasonal positions starting in April/May through September/October. Prior serving experience is required due to the high volume of the restaurant. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner on Saturdays and Sundays, and dinner only Monday through Friday. Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take and process customer orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash and process payments efficiently, maintaining accurate records.
- Maintaining a friendly and positive attitude to all guests and fellow employees
Summary
As an Experienced server, you will be integral to delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, your role involves taking orders, serving food, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
