Call Center Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct warm calls to potential clients, introducing them to our offerings and generating interest.
• Present terms and conditions with clients to finalize sales agreements.
• Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to effectively market offerings.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM software is desirable.
• Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
