Call Center Sales Representative

Requirements

• Previous experience in outbound calling or telemarketing is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards customer needs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing customer interactions.
