Key Responsibilities:

• Handle live inbound calls and scheduled appointments, turning prospects into loyal customers with your consultative sales approach.
• Utilize persuasive communication and active listening to understand customer needs and close sales
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics while enjoying a steady flow of warm leads—no cold calling here!
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and objections professionally
• Manage your schedule and lead database like a pro, ensuring your enrollment goals are met while consistently striving for growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, collections, or a call center environment is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle objections and turn leads into sales
• Goal-oriented with a competitive spirit and self-motivation
• You bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, always looking to sharpen your skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus
