Position Overview
The IT Integration Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the integration of technology systems across the organization to ensure seamless communication, data flow, and interoperability between diverse IT systems. This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, system design, project management, and the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve organizational objectives.
As new sites are acquired, we ensure their network infrastructure is fully integrated into our existing systems. If the current infrastructure falls short of our standards, we upgrade it to meet our requirements. Furthermore, we manage the network infrastructure for all Beacon facilities and partner practices, including M365 integrations and the administration of Microsoft Admin Center and Entra management tools.
Key Responsibilities

Integration Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement strategies for integrating new technologies and systems into existing infrastructure.
- Evaluate organizational needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
- Maintain a roadmap for system integration projects and ensure alignment with business goals.

Project Management
- Lead integration projects from planning to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including IT staff, vendors, and external consultants, to achieve project goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, workflows, and risk assessments.

System Interoperability
- Design and implement processes to ensure seamless data flow between different systems.
- Collaborate with software and hardware vendors to resolve integration issues.
- Monitor system performance post-integration to identify and address any issues.

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with department heads, end-users, and business analysts to understand integration needs.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and system performance.

Compliance and Security
- Ensure all integrations comply with industry regulations, organizational policies, and data protection standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate integration-related risks, including security vulnerabilities.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance integration processes.
- Identify opportunities to optimize system performance and user experience.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or comparable experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT integration, systems management, or related roles.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale IT integration projects.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of system architecture, API integration, and database management.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, or SOX (industry-specific).
- Experience in managing firewalls, switches, and access points.
- Proficient in M365 Admin Center and Entra management.
- Skilled in utilizing Intune and Autopilot for device management and deployment.
Certifications (Preferred):
- PMP, ITIL, or other relevant project management certifications.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator or relevant Microsoft Cloud management certs
