Beacon Benefits is a growing company that helps businesses manage their 401(k) retirement plans. Our goal is to make sure companies set up great retirement options for their employees while staying on track with regulations.

We’re looking for a Client Success Specialist to join our team! This role offers the opportunity to build valuable skills in financial services, client management, and retirement plan administration. No prior industry experience is needed, we provide full training! We welcome candidates looking for a career change, those returning to the workforce, and individuals with customer service experience who are ready to grow in a new direction.

What You’ll Do:

· Answer client emails and phone calls, helping them with questions about their retirement plans

· Work with clients, financial advisors, and accountants to keep everyone updated

· Gather and sort important information from clients to help keep everything running smoothly

· Double-check government forms for accuracy and e-file them to meet deadlines

· Keep client files organized and up to date

· Manage internal and external deadlines on a weekly basis and throughout the year in a fast-paced environment

· Assist with projects or other tasks as they come up to support the team

Technical Skills (Required):

· Microsoft Excel – Ability to sort, filter, and analyze data using basic formulas (Google Sheets skills can be applied)

· Data Accuracy & Organization – Comfortable working with large sets of client information

· Email & Communication Tools – Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Teams

Technical Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

· Document Management – Ability to work with PDFs and organize client records electronically

· Familiarity with CRM Software – Any experience tracking client interactions in tools like Monday CRM (a plus but not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
