What You Will Do
- Support the sales team in building and maintaining relationships with builders, vendors, and contractors while managing vendor partnerships to ensure product availability and alignment with company objectives
- Provide customers with accurate information on product offerings, pricing, and availability while identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities
- Assist in bid processes, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives to drive revenue growth and market penetration
- Track and analyze sales data to develop competitive pricing models, profitability strategies, and demand planning
- Ensure smooth operations at the Builder Sales Center by managing orders, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with supply chain teams to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Monitor key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, order fulfillment, and sales growth
- Act as a liaison between sales, operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure business alignment and effective communication
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and improve service levels
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations to support decision-making and business strategy development
- Experience in sales support, operations, or customer service, preferably within the building materials or construction industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Problem-solving mindset focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
