Beacon Collision Center is a regional locally owned MSO looking for someone to manage our parts procurement.
Position Summary:
The Parts Specialist is responsible for the inventory management, delivery tracking, and inbound distribution of new and used parts for Beacon Collision Center customers. This position will work closely with the estimating team to ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
·Process incoming orders from customers in a timely manner, ensuring that all orders are received and processed in a timely manner.
·Monitor incoming order status and deliver products on time.
·Communicate with Beacon Collision Center’s staff as needed to ensure orders are received and processed in a timely manner.
·Receive orders from our venders in a timely manner, ensuring that all orders are received and processed in a timely manner.
·Inspect outgoing shipments to be sure they contain all required parts for customer deliveries and they are not damaged
·Other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements:
·Strong communication skills; must be able to communicate well with internal departments .
·Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
