Position Summary

This requires active leadership and vigilance in affording our employees a safe fair and learning environment. The Team Leaders primary responsibilities are to perform all assigned tasks in a manner which supports our Company Mission To deliver exceptional services engineered solutions and quality products on time.
Essential Functions
- Support meeting all operator training needs.
- Provide input to Supervisor on team member performance.
- Support consistent and complete administration of Beacons policies.
- Attend all schedule shift meetings and huddles
- Ensure and maintain a safe work environment for all Beacon employees.
- Assists Operators CMOs and / or Supervisor trouble shooting process problems.
- Follow all safety guidelines
- Report safety concerns to Supervisor.
- Help relieve other operators during break periods.
- Complete any task that is asked of you by your Supervisor.
- Capable of filling in as a Supervisor on an as needed basis.
- Advise next Team Leader of any information about press or molded parts.
- Assist the other Team Leaders and your Supervisor in meeting the production schedule each day.
- Actively promote the 5S program.
- Enter all production into system and reconcile at end of shift entering s and downtime reasons during the shift.
- Review quality rejects with Supervisor.
- Ensure operators complete attribute charts and assist operators with questions regarding recording data.
- 100% completion of SPC Attribute Charts and Audits.

High school diploma or GED
Current Beacon Employee
Training in general safety
Experience as Certified Molding Operator
Pay with Overnight Shift Differential : $21.75 / hr to $23.00 / hr
