Beacon Group is seeking a Senior Accountant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform monthly closing and balance sheet reconiliations.
- Prepare financial statements and analyze monthly budget variances.
- Research and interpret sata to answer accounting and financial questions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for external auditors, ensuring smooth documentation and communication.
- Assist the CFO with daily operations of the accounting department.
- Support and mentor other accounting team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or related field.
- 3 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail.
WORK HOURS AND SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 40 hours
