As a Talent Acquisition Partner III (Talent Advisor) reporting to the Director Talent Acquisition, you will lead strategic recruitment initiatives to attract exceptional talent for mission-critical and high-impact roles. You will collaborate closely with organizational leaders to understand workforce needs, implement innovative sourcing strategies, and deliver a seamless candidate experience that reflects Beacon’s values of Trust, Respect, Integrity, and Compassion.

This role requires expertise in recruiting for complex and niche roles, utilizing data-driven insights, and mentoring junior team members to ensure the success of Beacon’s Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Recruitment & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with senior leadership to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with Beacon’s mission, vision, and organizational goals.
  • Manage recruitment for mission-critical and hard-to-fill roles, prioritizing positions with potential for revenue generation, patient care impact, or physician satisfaction.
  • Utilize workforce analytics to provide hiring forecasts and actionable insights to business leaders.

Sourcing and Candidate Engagement

  • Implement advanced sourcing techniques to attract top talent, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, talent networks, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates to address future workforce needs.
  • Champion diversity recruitment efforts to ensure inclusive hiring practices that reflect Beacon’s commitment to equity and belonging.

Process Leadership & Optimization

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with Beacon’s policies and applicable employment laws.
  • Optimize hiring workflows to improve time-to-fill, candidate quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to streamline onboarding processes and enhance the new hire experience.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR business partners, providing expert guidance on recruitment strategies and market trends.
  • Facilitate regular updates with hiring leaders, offering insights into hiring progress and candidate feedback.
  • Train and mentor junior recruiters, fostering a collaborative and innovative Talent Acquisition team.

Employer Branding and Innovation

  • Promote Beacon Health System as an employer of choice by leveraging social media, community partnerships, and career events.
  • Stay informed on healthcare industry trends and emerging recruitment tools to continuously enhance Talent Acquisition practices.
  • Represent Beacon Health System at career fairs, professional networks, and community events to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Experience:
    • 7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with an emphasis on Healthcare Leader/Executive (Manager, Director, VP's other) sourcing, engagement and attraction .
    • 2 years experience building and implementing senior leader attraction and onboarding program.
    • Demonstrated success in recruiting for leadership, technical, or niche roles.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with leaders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in leveraging recruitment metrics and analytics for continuous improvement.
    • Advanced knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
