South Bend, IN Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Pay Rate: $32-$35/hr
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to design and execute recruitment strategies
- Manage recruitment for mission-critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Utilize workforce analytics to provide hiring forecasts and insight to business leaders
- Implement advanced sourcing techniques
- Build and maintain a pipeline for future workforce needs
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with HR Operations to streamline onboarding processes and enhance new hire experience
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and facilitate regular updates
- Train and mentor junior recruiters and foster a collaborative environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- 7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience required
- 2 years experience building and implementing senior leader attraction and onboarding programs required
- Background recruiting in the health care field required
- Expertise with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Advanced knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
This is a hybrid position with a schedule of being in the office Tuesday through Thursday every other week.
