What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Front Desk / Cleaning position at Beacon Hill Athletic Clubs?
- Providing a high level of customer service and attentiveness to the member and guest needs
- Answering phones and assisting guest/members with various questions including memberships, ancillary services and billing inquiries.
- Providing a high level of customer service and attentiveness to the member and guest needs.
- Being responsive to member feedback, complaints and escalating issues to club management as necessary.
- Organizing & keeping the gym clean (Lobby, Locker Room & Main Gym Floor, Machines) clean.
- Clean during shift (Machines, Mirrors, Front desk, Locker Rooms)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.25 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
