Bilingual Account Coordinator (Spanish / English)
Beacon Hill's client is seeking a Bilingual Account Coordinator to join their team in a mostly remote role . This position involves providing excellent customer service, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex conversations with professionalism.
This is an exciting contract-to-hire position that is mostly remote in Eden Prairie, MN.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and suppliers.
- Communicate proactively to address customer needs and provide timely updates.
- Handle conflict resolution and problem-solving with tact and diplomacy.
- Review and manage customer data, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Utilize internal tools to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Execute customer workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and manage order statuses, verifying pricing, weights, and delivery times.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.
- Provide alternative solutions when challenges arise.
- Perform additional duties as required to enhance customer experience.
