Position : Account Coordinator
Primary Responsibilities :
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships to better understand their specific needs.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, vendors, carriers, and internal departments.
- Address and resolve conflicts or difficult conversations with professionalism and tact.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide regular updates on issue resolution.
- Oversee service execution, anticipate potential challenges, and implement effective solutions.
- Review and analyze internal and client data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in key performance metrics.
- Support the implementation of customer pricing strategies in coordination with the account management team.
- Identify potential growth opportunities by actively engaging with clients and providing strategic insights.

Hybrid role : Initial two-week training in the office, then one required in-office day per month.
