Key Points :
Serve as a liaison to address assistive technology needs and ensure equitable access for students with disabilities.
Research, manage, and propose upgrades for assistive technology resources to support academic success.
Conduct assessments, provide training, and develop instructional materials on assistive technology for students, faculty, and staff.
Coordinate interpreting and captioning services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students.
Oversee departmental operations, including scheduling, email management, and database maintenance.
Deliver professional and courteous customer service while assisting with adaptive technology concerns.
Requirements :
Bachelors degree preferred
Customer service or administrative experience
Strong attention to detail
Preferred experience in an academic setting
