Beacon Hill Financial is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Billing Accountant to join a local client in Richmond, VA. This role is responsible for preparing and processing project invoices, ensuring compliance with contract terms, tracking project costs, and coordinating with project managers and clients to resolve billing issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AIA billing, government contracts, progress billing, and cost-plus invoicing. This role is fully-in person at our client's Richmond office.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and submit accurate project invoices in compliance with contract terms.
• Review and track project costs, ensuring proper documentation and coding.
• Work closely with project managers, clients, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance with government regulations and industry billing standards.
• Assist in financial reporting and audits related to project billing.
