About the Role:
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing a high volume of accounts payable invoices, performing 2 & 3 way matching of accounts payable invoices, conducting reconciliations on vendor statements and accounts, responding to AP inquiries and performing vendor maintenance, and researching AP discrepancies to resolve AP disputes.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of accounts payable experience, with a plus for experience with Lawson ERP. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically pivot tables and vlookups, is preferred.
