Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is fully onsite, with hours 8am-4pm, and it offers competitive compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and grow key accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Make daily outbound calls and schedule appointments
- Manage data entry into our CRM database and inbox
- Prepare quotes for respective territories
- Collaborate with our manager daily
- Send personalized emails to prospects and customers to generate leads/appointments/revenue
Requirements:
- 1 Year of outbound calls/sales experience
- Sales, account management, and customer service skills
- Comfortable making outbound dials daily
- Customer satisfaction and relationship building abilities
- Experience in maintaining customer relationships and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
