About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development department, you will play a critical role in supporting our firm's initiatives by developing strategic approaches to proposal development and execution.
Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with attorneys, business development team members, and subject matter experts across the firm to create compelling proposals. You will oversee both complex and straightforward RFPs, partnering with the Senior Proposal Manager to develop strategic approaches.
Additional duties will include leading the development and maintenance of the firm's proposal and experience databases and contributing to writing and editing proposal content as needed.
