Client Services Manager

Our client, a large commercial real estate firm, is seeking a Client Service Manager to support a dynamic team and ensure the smooth operation of daily property management tasks. In this position, you would oversee providing administrative support to the property management team and maintaining relationships between the company and its tenants.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a welcoming experience for tenants and visitors
• Support seamless day-to-day operations of the Property Management Office
• Oversee new tenant onboarding and customer service initiatives
• Process invoices, manage accruals, and maintain financial records
• Assist with budgeting, rent statements, and work order billings
• Lead and mentor a Client Service Coordinator

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in commercial real estate or hospitality
• 1 year of accounting experience required (experience with general ledgers, accruals, accounts payable)
• Bachelor's degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
