Position Summary:
A company in the Medical Devices space is seeking a Collections Specialist to join their team. This position will work closely with the Accounts Receivable team on a variety of duties.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to support successful collections efforts.
- Regularly review and follow up on overdue invoices to ensure timely payment.
- Keep detailed records of collection activities, including filing documentation as necessary.
- Engage in special projects and contributes to department initiatives as assigned.
- Resolve administrative issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience
- Excel experience is a plus
