Beacon Hill Legal is immediately seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Legal Assistant for a wonderful law firm client located in Nashville, TN.
Applicants must have the following experience:
- 3 years of experience providing legal support for a construction litigation group, preferably from a mid-size or large law firm
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Open and maintaining client files
- Time entry and billing matters
- Monitoring and deadlines
- Travel arrangement and expense reports
- Drafting and preparing legal documents
- Preparing conflicts checks
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, Adobe, NetDocs
- E-Filing
- Scheduling
- Excellent communication skills to correspond with attorneys and clients
- Team player attitude
Ability to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
